Invidia1988 Posted March 4, 2014 Report Posted March 4, 2014 I have all the books for the library npc, I went to all the locations numerous times and the npc won't take the books, or give anything other than "I wish I had more books" I have been stuck on this quest for the last few days... so I need some help on what to do.
