Choco Posted January 15, 2014 Report Posted January 15, 2014 I took a break from the game and when i logged back in, all my characters name turned to "null" and most of my items disappeared from my account, some characters even stripped completely naked of good items that a long time to get. How can i recover these items?

Bishop Posted January 16, 2014 Report Posted January 16, 2014 Items don't disappear of an account due to inactivity. Ever. You must've shared your account info and gotten yourself hacked. Your character names become null after a long period of inactivity. This so the names can be re-used, The only way to get the names back is to remake your characters.

Final Blade and i were once talking about the items he took from good and rich player back 4 years ago. Try asking Adam now from Kings Guild, he's been gone for quite a bit. For sure when he gets back his red emp is also gone. How nasty Genesis could be. Easiest job to do yet he does it nasty. Edited January 16, 2014 by chibisekai

Choco Posted January 17, 2014 Author Report Posted January 17, 2014 Yeah i had alot of good items back in the days because I MVP'd alot with my friend and we built quite a large stash of rare items and they just all disappeared. Even if i file a ticket I don't have screenshots of me wearing the items because it was 2 years ago...
Bishop Posted January 19, 2014 Report Posted January 19, 2014 Genesis does not in any way take items from inactive accounts. You have shared your account info, that's how you lost your items. Like stated in your ticket, try contacting the people you shared your account with.
