Can't Spam Well With My Hw

Hi everyone!

I'm new to this server, I just joined yesterday. Just a concern, I'm currently playing a HW character and for some reason I can't spam my SG, bolts, or any skill as fast as hitting a mob at 195 ASPD. I have to wait for about 7 seconds to use another skill. And no, it's not my ping or internet connection because I'm able to spam my Paladin's Holy Cross just about as quick as 195 ASPD. Is it different in this server than others? Other private servers I played in, I was able to spam pretty quickly. Thanks! I appreciate the help! :)

You need after-cast delay reduction to have a fast spam on most skills.

Which means you need Kiel D-01 cards.

For newbie like you, put 4 silver Kiel cards in head gears then put 2x expert ring in your accessories.. You can spam fast with your skills.

I thought silver kiel card limit was just 2?
