Please kindly fix this no one left besides me and still no winner and i dont have my prize it happens to me many times already

If you don't receive a reward at all after a certain amount of time (think it's 20 minutes?) then it is bugged. If that is the case, kindly file a ticket in the ticket system as a bug report and state the exact conditions and if possible provide screenshots of your current situation as to have visual proof.

you nid to wait till the event ends, then click the npc and u will receive ur prize , but if not yea..u should file a ticket..

or maybe theres a cloaking dude that wont show himself to you... and just only messing up with the event..
