Game Dont Open

hi, im new here, i download the full client, install and run the patch, but wen i play start the patch close and not happen, i try download the manual all in one and its the same, i try open as administrator and agains not happens, i try to open direct fkenro.exe too, i dont know what i have to do, anyone already have this problem and knows what i have to do ?
