Why I Got Error In Prontera

I got critical error in prontera map :(

i have allready the KRO client

then i DL the Small patch

then i extract it

then i run the patcher then i thought it complete cause no update DL

then when i run the forsaken patcher then i click start and log-in to the game

i got error porting prontera : ( help pls )

Go to the control panel (http://forsaken-ro.net/cp) log in > go to my account > click on your character that is bugged > on the top you'll see reset position and reset looks. Do both to be sure and you can log-in to the game again.
