help plzzzz

i alreasy done legend weapon 3 times and i want to do it again

i already take all the book for step 1 but it won't let me talk to the librarian.

she just say she bored? what's wrong with my char?

helppppp plzzzzzzzzzzz

i found that why i stuck in the librarian.

the reason it happen because there is i bought slotted memory book from vending market.

the memory book needed is with NO SLOT.

hope this info useful for same newbie like me
