[solved]i Cant Access Fro's Website With My Ip

help., I cant connect to FRO's website when im in my home. I think its my IP is blocked. I am new in FRO so i don't think i have commited any for my IP to be blocked. I tried using proxy sites then it worked. I really think my Ip is the problem.
