azureflame22nd Posted November 26, 2013 Report Posted November 26, 2013 i've been weapon hunting (2 handed swords btw) for a couple of days now and i've been looking for friar patrick (the sealed shrine dungeon instance npc) all over the place. also i've been hunting tendrillion at splendid fields and i cant seem to find him or the other common mobs at the area. if anyone has the answer to my question (whether is MEANT to be unavailable or just a bug) please help me.
Bishop Posted November 26, 2013 Report Posted November 26, 2013 For the NPC I'd have to look into it. I can't do so right now though because I'm at work. For the tendrillion you can use @whereis in-game to see if it manually spawns or not. According to the Control panel it does not.
azureflame22nd Posted November 27, 2013 Author Report Posted November 27, 2013 thats great and all but you missed what i said about splendid fields,the OTHER COMMON MOBS wont spawn such as cornus (pegasus),naga (snake soldier) and luciola vespa (bee). so its not only just tendrillion,the boss of that field,that doesnt spawn also me and my brother was spamming warp at that area and there was this loud spawn noise,it was slow at first but after spamming it it became loud (it might be nothing but it might be worth mentioning) if you want to check the area out its : spl_fild03
Bishop Posted November 27, 2013 Report Posted November 27, 2013 (edited) Again, if you're wondering whether a certain mob is spawning atm use the @whereis function. It will show you if it spawns or not. If they do not show up there then we do not currently have them in the game. We do however already have the sprites. I'll check out the field probably tonight, I'll inform genesis regarding any possible bugs/missing monsters. It's highly possible that a few maps just not have been populated yet.
