Having Problem Loading The Game

hi guys anyone can help? everytime i log in and choose the chararcter and then when the screen loads to connect to server it doesnt push through.. it stays in the loading screen.. alredy tried reinstalling in.. does not work.. please help

Could you show me a screenshot of this issue? Do you get any other error messages ?
