bardomudo Posted November 19, 2013 Report Posted November 19, 2013 (edited) Hello, Is it possible to change shortcuts/macros/bindings on this server's client? I'm new here and in all previous servers I played I was able to do so by pressing Esc and going to "Shortcuts". However, there is no such option on this server's client. By pressing Esc I only see the three options of Character Select, Exit To Windows and Return To Game. This is imporant to me because I don't use a regular/conventional keyboard and using skills on the F1-F12 row isn't an option for me. Is it because this server uses an older client? Is there any way to use another server's or a newer/different client? I really appreciate any help since I'm really looking forward to play here. Cheers. EDIT: Another thing. I can't get rid of the fog when I zoom out even if I unmark it on the setup. Is this a bug? I play on a high resolution screen and I have to play fairly zoomed out. Bishop Posted November 20, 2013 Report Posted November 20, 2013 Hi there, First of, welcome to the server. The setup shortcuts you're talking about are part of the renewal menu. We're currently not using this menu so you will not see the shortcut button. We do however have /bm. This enables battlemode and lets you use all 3 of your skillbars with your regular letter keys on your keyboard. It's a bit less userfriendly to set up but works pretty much the same way in the end. As for your fog, having a bigger resolution shouldn't give you advantages over people that don't have a massive resolution. Everyone should be able to have the same amount of sight and thus I don't think anything will be done to the fog you're talking about. Unless you're talking about a different fog than I am, then please supply a screenshot to elaborate which fog you mean :)
