my dex is 131+85 . Why my casting time is still too slow -_- ? help plz......

Try removing your equipment one at a time. Then try casting a skill again. I'm not really sure which one, but there's an equipment responsible for that.

Actually your stats say your dex is 131 - 85. Remove some of the gears (think it's the helmet) to undo the negative stats. This was used for starting up, it's time to move on to the knight gears :)

Use the jumping poring hat.

Your level is already 200 on which that helm will subtract your status points
