my alt shortcuts have't been saving for over a week now.. it saves if i log out of my account but if i exit the game it all reset back to the "/" commands, whats wrong and how do i fix it?

Try starting your client in administrator mode instead. The alt+m commands are saved within your registery files. Without administrator rights you will not be able to apply changes to registery files.

if i ever try to play the game through administrator, the screen is so small and i am not able to change its resolution...

You have to set up your setup.exe in both none administrator and administrator mode. That way your setup.exe changes will apply to both administrator and none administrator mode fkenRO.exe clients.
