EVER. You will never be contacted in game and offered a GM position or asked to apply for GM under ANY circumstances. We announce when we're hiring and only accept GM applications to [email protected]. A GM will never ask you for your password Administrators do not have secret accounts and will never contact any player on any other character in game other than their official GM characters, [GM]Genesis and [GM]Veracity Genesis does not live in the Philippines, he lives in Boston, Massachusetts. If anyone claims to be Genesis and says they live in the Philippines and/or speak Tagalog or any other language other than English or Spanish, it is not Genesis, it is someone trying to scam you. Administrators will never contact you on any messenger account other than their official ones listed in their forum profile. Here are Genesis' official messenger accounts: Email: [email protected] AIM: rosefox305 MSN: [email protected] Yahoo and Skype: jorgeluisf350 If you're donating via Western Union, Money Gram, or sending money by mail,here is a list of Genesis' full name and location. These are the only ones you should ever send money to. Never send money to someone claiming to be Genesis who says they live in the Philippines or any other location. In chats, if it doesn't list a GM or Administrator's name on the right hand side of the chat, NO GM IS IN THE CHAT. If we are in a chat, our name will ALWAYS be visible on the right hand side, always. This is a common trick used by scammers. GMs will NEVER send you .exe files - that is not how you gain access to GM commands, etc. If someone claiming to be a GM is sending you an .exe file, DO NOT ACCEPT IT and immediately block them! We do not host "secret" events, nor would we ever give away 20k tokens. Anyone claiming to be a GM and/or saying this is lying. Please help us prevent scam cases by sharing this information with your friends on fRO and reporting anyone who tries to scam you or claims to be a GM or Administrator.Thanks!The ForsakenRO Staff 3

Veracity Posted February 8, 2014 Author Report Posted February 8, 2014 Important reminder: we will NEVER send you .exe files. That is not how your character becomes a GM or gets GM commands. That is a scammer trying to steal your password. DO NOT ACCEPT THE FILE, and immediately block them! Also, GMs are volunteers and aren't paid, and we would never ask you to send us money to become a GM. Genesis only has ONE and ONLY ONE official skype: jorgeluisf350. My Skype is [email protected]. We will never contact you on alternate Skype accounts or other messengers that aren't listed in our profile. Please warn your friends and help them stay informed. Being informed is the best way to fight scammers!

We are NOT recruiting GMs and we will never contact you in game. If it doesn't say our name in the right hand side of the chat, we're NOT there!
