Devour Posted October 7, 2013 Report Posted October 7, 2013 when i star launching ForsakenRo patcher, a text box suddenly appeared saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file, you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item" guys help plz...im new This error can happen for several reasons; insufficient permissions, network connections, missing or corrupt files or even because a file or folder is being blocked by Windows or by your antivirus application. Make sure you are the administrator on your computer or turn off Your anti virus. Or follow the methods here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2669244
