when i star launching ForsakenRo patcher, a text box suddenly appeared saying "Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file, you may not have the appropriate permission to access the item"

guys help plz...im new

Try running the patcher in administrator mode. If that doesn't work, move your folder out of the program files folder and try again.
