i have already seed room and dungeon paasses but i dont know how to use?

Just double click the item. Then, it will recall you at the place where you are suppose to farm berries or seeds.

how hour it last? or how many hours expired the dungeon pass. thanks

The time it lasts depends on the amount of time you pay for at the NPC. Unless you are talking about the Forsaken Dungeon pass, then it lasts forever.
