Help On Gs Spam Speed

hi GMs, i would like to ask a personal help from you about the spam speed of GS even using 3 kiels.. according to GM genesis, 3 kiel on give 75% cast delay reduct on GS class. previously i cant kill lk who uses parry, now i even cant kill a dual weld sinx without any reduct gears vs GS... pls pls... bring back the normal cast reduct rate of kiels for GS.... pls.... T.T
