joshua27 Posted September 11, 2013 Report Posted September 11, 2013 both my client and site is not connecting to the server. can you help me fix my problem please! and error message occured. *FORBIDDEN You dont have permission to access /cp/ on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request* this only happen after waking up. and tried to log on to server. i also tried restarting my computer many times. and also i run this client as admin. and i already turn off my firewall, and check my internet connection. they were all fine. is there anthing i need to do? or can you help me fix my problem please.
