We already have imp and siroma card which gives, 25% more damage on fire or cold bolt and, 25% Reduce on Cast-time of fire or cold bolt. so why not have a card with the same effect for lightning bolt? so many wanna use lightning bolt too other than fire and cold. + it will not have a significant change on balance between classes.
