please help me my doppelganger card wont work. my attack speed isnt adding up. whenever i put in my weapon that has the card in it it literally wont add do anything like my attack speed isnt going up

Please file a bug report in the Tickets System, include screenshots of you wearing the card and not wearing the card with your stats open to show it has no effect. Also make sure you aren't already at max ASPD (195) as it will have no effect then.
