i have a dragon tamer helm it saids +20int and walking speed!!

but when i equip this item my stat wont and walking speed wont change

If the stat bonuses for this item are indeed not working, then please file a ticket of this under the bug reports section. Be sure to include a screenshot with you wearing the helm and one without.
