Bishop Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 We have no obligation to show the proof. Rest assured, bans like these are only done when there is sufficient proof. PHP is a very serious offense, as explained in your ticket. @masterneil. Bans have nothing to do with the pvp performance from a person, neither with the like-ness of the person. No matter how loved a person is, if they attempt to PHP they will be banned.
Shino Posted June 19, 2013 Report Posted June 19, 2013 First, this belongs in the ticket system. 2nd, we do not need to show you our own proof as we cannot ban people without sufficient evidence, so rest assured that if you get banned, we have that evidence. 3rd, PhPing ticket cases is handled ONLY by Genesis, Veracity and Justice, other GMs like myself cannot view those cases, we only know who gets banned due to PhP. with that said, you cannot say that Genesis himself do not have evidence against you. 4th, it was clearly stated before that we ban ALL associated accounts on an IP address that committed a serious violation (in this case, PhP). Your main account might not have been directly involved, but accounts on that IP address is, hence we ban all accounts using the same IP address as it all can be just one person. 5th, we don't need to wait for you to trade the items before we ban you, as long as we see the intention of PhPing (be it done outside the game, thru facebook or whatever) we can ban already, which means that you might not have traded the items yet, and we can still ban you if we find evidence that you are intending to PhP.
