[Solved] I'm Thinking About The Legendary Weapon And It's Requirement?

my character is dex type sniper. im thinking if my character can handle this requirement. or i reset my stat to handle this item requirement to do this quest? give me advice...thanks

Its best to just go max Str AFTER you have collected all your items needed. Then just reset your stats back to normal.
