To use activity token, go to the token trader found in the left side of fcity. Theres a portal there.

The Silver Tao is no longer hunted go buy at mall or Stylist many sell it at cheap price now. And also the Activity Tokens cannot be traded just in NPC at the Trader Room at Fcity.

No, There is a quest to get these MVPs in LHZ_DUN01. It's in a very simple location, too. It is called a Bio Lab Pass. There are still many people who use Silvers & Hunt.
