Can't Log In. It Says Incorrect Password.

Hi GM's, I just would like to ask for help because I can't log in my account. It say's incorrect password when I type my Username and password. Then when I tried to reset my password at the FRO control panel, it says Failed to send reset password e-mail. Help me please. Thanks
