I tried putting doppel card on both normal weapons and legendary weapons.still no aspd increase.wierd.lol.

max aspd is 195.... if you set your aspd at that rate.. putting doppel is such a waste...

its not a waste investment lol,i dont want to invest on agi, just want the aspd, besides i could put the extra stats to vit(hp) or str(extra weight limit), instead of wasting it to agi where you dont really need on most high rate server like this.players always hit/crit you.well anyways i could ask the gm.
