Bishop Posted March 31, 2013 Report Posted March 31, 2013 If you set it up with administrator rights AND none administrator rights it will change the resolution.
amol009 Posted April 5, 2013 Author Report Posted April 5, 2013 ok i will try still it is small window, i have tried with administrator rights also
Lenneth Posted April 8, 2013 Report Posted April 8, 2013 try using another version of setup.exe. i had the same issue before and that solved my problem.
Bishop Posted April 13, 2013 Report Posted April 13, 2013 If you have a different version of setup.exe it means you installed the game manually instead of our suggested way (The full installer). If that's the case you'll need the older setup.exe version and overwrite the one you have. Please update us on this.

Lenneth Posted April 19, 2013 Report Posted April 19, 2013 http://svn6.assembla.com/svn/ClientSide/Diff_Project/HKCU_Setup/ get setup.exe
KaoriAi Posted April 26, 2013 Report Posted April 26, 2013 I've been having issues with resolution as well. And I tried the admin and regular for the setup. Then RO wouldn't even open. I uninstalled, deleted the folder, dled the whole thing all over again, installed and patched, tried the same thing. Didn't work. Replaced the setup.exe. Didn't work. Now this is all it shows me when I start it up and how the setup looks as well: http://i40.tinypic.com/2wmm7p4.jpg http://i39.tinypic.com/wa61rd.png Someone suggested to me to try restoring my computer to yesterday so that it'll go back to normal. but I'd rather just see if I can solve the issue.
Bishop Posted May 2, 2013 Report Posted May 2, 2013 At your setup.exe change Direct3D hall to your graphics card. If you do not see your graphic card in the list you might need to update your DirectX/Graphic card drivers.
