[Solved]Client Window Too Big?

I don't have this problem on my desktop, and whenever I go to setup to try and change the res it doesn't change...

That's what it looks like... Maybe it's an easy fix and I'm just missing the obvious answer, but if anyone knows please help!

Set up your setup.exe in both administrator mode and none administrator mode. Then run the game again.
