Go to your FRO folder and click Setup and there you can change the settings of your FRO.

Remember to open up your Fknro.exe after your setup, not the patcher unless there was an update. For some reason, the patcher opens it up in Full Screen mode but if it works opening in patcher for you then go for it. I usually have my screen in windowed mode and opening using Fknro.
