All Mvp Cards Drops In 1%, And Remove @warp And Put Warpras Helpers In All Cyties

This server is Verry Easy Remove This and gueting more players for the server =D

You can't just reduce all MvP card droprates to 1% after they've been higher for years. As for the @warp command, it's a common thing within highrates. People play highrates because it's easier and doesn't take as long, removing this command will be a disappointment to most high-rate players.

Due to the above I think I'll have to disagree with the suggestion.

I would have to disagree with the suggestion. For one thing, you can donate for MVP cards. If we reduce the drop rate to 1%, people that can donate will overprice everything and people who can't donate will not be able to get MVP cards. Add that some people already have the cards in storage,so they have a bigger advantage when they sell it.

the @warp command is,as Bishop mentioned, already a staple in highrates.

If you're looking for a server where MvP cards are very, very hard to come by and you can't warp anywhere, a high rate isn't your best bet. You'd be better off with low rates.
