fine then as far as the ring goes have it give more HP an extra 30% or something since it's not going to give a damage boost. or maybe even more of a stat bonus, the bonus stats would help instead of a direct damage boost.

My SG can do 56k dmg on SN without using weapon..haha i like it..

I am pretty sure if I can hold 1.2k seeds with my gear, 210k HP (with little to no vit) and hit any class I want (soon with the hatred reset) for 180k+ I don't needs increased damage on my Flying Kick.

you do realize that weight limit buff will go away when you die or leave the map right? also giving it a 5% damage boost won't ruin the class. 210k HP with little to no vit maybe on double tao which will get you killed. anyway the class gets dispelled once and it loses the ability to never miss and pierce defense. because most people don't use a weapon on the class that means they don't have that much hit (if you have a ton of dex for hit you're build is shit and you should quit the class now). thus leaving us with what? this leaves us with a class that will eventually be able to fight other classes as long as they don't get dispelled (which a good player can beat a star glad even if it has hatred on them as i have already done before), if the class does dispel the star gladiator then they lose all the hit they have and the def pierce forcing them to use a weapon which reduces their damage even more. all in all once the star glad gets dispelled they are done. if the star glad uses GTB against a good player the star glad is dead. this all depends on who you fight, if you fight a shitty player then you will win, but if you fight someone who knows what they are doing you won't beat them even with hatred. this is why giving the cape and the ring a 5% damage boost wouldn't kill the class and giving the cape a +20 str boost and +20 dex boost along with a bonus to HP would benefit the class because it is a donate item so it should be worth buying. as it stands it's not worth a penny, nobody in their right mind would buy the item and use it. as far as the ring goes it's a difficult quest, the items for it are expensive as hell, and the quest requires a party to complete, so why not make it worth completing?

how about a fix for SG cape to just giving them +20% HP with +20 str, and +20 luk. would that be acceptable for everyone?

that's one virtue I lack... and this suggestion has been gone over countless times. So any GM's want to accept this, and my other suggestion on the weapon?

Damage Improvements to SG's will just make them OP, no damage increases, what they need is HP, SP

as has already been discussed... a small str bonus and more HP. seriously mint... keep up bro. Ferth, you do realize 1k seeds only lasts until you die or leave the map for more than 5 minutes right? then you go over 90% weight limit then you die because you can't attack.

Last time I checked 'Small' Str bonus was 30 str(Combination of both the new wep and the cape stats your suggesting), by no means is that small :S keep up brah.

so you want people to spend 60 bucks on a cape that doesn't do shit? yea good luck with that. 30 str is nothing compared to the other class capes. not to mention this 30 str bonus is with both the cape and weapon which ohh yea are both donate items. so yea it's not much of a str bonus when you look at it in the grand scheme of things. hell sniper cape gives how many stat bonuses? on top of the solid damage bonuses, ohh and the HP bonuses. ohh yea and they have a donate weapon which gives them even more damage and stats. so you can't even tell me that it's going to make the class OP. shit nobody was playing the class until i started using it and as soon as everyone got ass raped it suddenly became OP as hell.

It's 40 usd instead of 60. Sniper cape gives 20 dex. And Sniper cape doesn't increase HP or damage.

Effect: Walking speed +10%

Reduce damage taken from Demihumans by 5%

Hit +80, SP +5%, Dex +20

dex+20 is a damage boost. on top of that snipers have knockback skills, strip, and multiple skills which deal heavy damage. besides nobody is going to spend 40 bucks on a cape that doesn't do anything, which as of right now is the star glad cape. it doesn't give anything a star glad needs.

We'll look into making the star gladiator cape more useful. It probably will not be the exact stats suggested here, but we'll take everything into consideration. Thanks for your suggestion!
