Y cant i make screen smaller i went to setting and fixed screen but its stil full

There is also a setting in your Ragnarok Folder.

There you can change the screen size.

All you have to do is set up your setup.exe in administrator mode AND none administrator mode. Then run the game through the FkenRO.exe client. The file Echo mentioned is not included in our current install as we are still using the regular setup.exe configurations.
