Getting A Guild Emblem?

Hi guys i just started on the server yesterday, I made a guild today but cant get my guild emblem to show up. I dont have a gravity/RO folder which is what a guide online told me to use. Please help me, thanks.

Make a folder and name it 'Emblem' in your fRO folder, then put the image you want to use as emblem there, the image must be 24x24 and save as .bmp.
