y im not getting my donate item....im already pay over donate...with amazon...i check my bank..my money less than before...it mean donate already take my money...so right now...i dont get any single item im donate it...please help me GM to get my donate item....huhuhu:(

please resolve my problem

Once your payment is confirmed/approved, Genesis will go on your account and give you your donation items, usually within 24-48 hours of donating. If you have any issues, please add one of Genesis' contacts listed on his profile on the forums.
