Bishop Posted January 7, 2013 Report Posted January 7, 2013 Try running the setup.exe in administrator mode. However if you still can't select your resolution then you probably have wrong drivers installed though x.x or windows is rejecting the setup.exe from reading the neccesary information.

Either way once I'm home I'll test a manual way to set your resolution which should work fine. If it does I'll show you a little guide on how to do it. This is a known problem with windows 8, unfortunately.
Bishop Posted January 8, 2013 Report Posted January 8, 2013 (edited) Before we start messing with lua or reg. files lets try opening the setup.exe compatibility mode (Windows XP/Win7/etc , try every option here and see if 1 works.) and see if you can change anything then.
