Chatlogs/screenshots etc. As stated in the announcement we will NEVER ask for you to pay money, almost all scam tricks are explained in the above linked announcement. Read it to make sure it never happens again. I'm not sure if we can help or how to help you but please create the ticket and we'll see if anything can be done.
