[Solved]Gangster Scarf, Doesnt Work As It Should Be.

As i was informed that Gangster Scarf is lower headgear vote item which costs 65 vote points which took me a week of voting to get.

So i purchased this item; Gangster Scarf because i was interested in its stats where it gives +15 PD cause i thought it'll improve my perfect dodge build baby assassin. Surprisingly , it only gives like +5 Str and [Rouge Class] enables the use of Level 1 Gangster Paradise.

It seems what was advertised/shown is misleading and incorrect, i could've kept my voting points and gotten something better like the new scarves. Can this issue be fixed and implement the +15 PD and +15 critical rate?

i also have the gangster scarf and i got it few months ago / when it first come out.

and mine says diff description than the one you screenshot, here's the proof :

soo, either that the npc gave you the wrong item or the description is wrong, have you check the stats yet?

i checked the stats already. no increase in critical rate or whatsoever. :(
