aiko123456 Posted December 21, 2012 Report Posted December 21, 2012 About this quest. Im not able to see the NPC "Elite Ammo Creator" located at @warp ein_in01 19 87 here are some screenshots.. i've completed all the requirements but still theres no NPC. i already patched my client.
Dream Posted December 21, 2012 Report Posted December 21, 2012 He was placed in the Knight hall a few updates ago. He is located at fcity, when you go upstairs the building to the right should say 'Knight Hall'. You'll find him inside onto the right side. =]
