i am new here and i was wondering how to get vote points or exchange it i have voted twice so far but i can c my vote points from that vote redemer npc and it would be gould if there is a NPC in fcity which can tell us about all the npc in the town like which can indicate "x" mark on the map

You get voting points by voting at the voting center. These points are stored at the voting center as well, not in game. Even claiming rewards is through the voting center.

As for the map crosses suggestion. If doable it would indeed be quite useful.

There's already a guide for Forsaken City on the wiki, if you're confused, I'd recommend looking there. :) We can try and look into adding an NPC that shows the location of things too.
