Bishop Posted November 27, 2012 Report Posted November 27, 2012 I assume you already got the newest All-In-One installer. If that's the case. Go to the control pannel and reset the looks from all your characters. This should let you back into your account, re-equip the gears after that and everything should work fine :) Let me know the outcome, Bishop

Unfortunately we're not able to restore your character names. The only way to get them back is by remaking your characters. That is only if the name is not currently taken by someone else.
