gohyishuen Posted November 15, 2012 Report Posted November 15, 2012 Hey guys, I encountered a problem similar to the BLACK SCREEN POST. Basically it's the exact same problem and I've read through that post and have tried everything on it, but my screen remains black and everything seems to be minimized. The only things I can see are my chat logs, the bg music works and I can see msg bubbles... Please help!

gohyishuen Posted November 15, 2012 Author Report Posted November 15, 2012 Yes I'm using all in one, yes I'm fully patched :) Here's a screen shot. . It happened right after the night mode was activated and right as I sold some looted items to the merchant NPC in the mall room :)

I think you have zoomed out too far that you are only able to see chats and the rest of the screen turns black. That's what I did to reproduce it. Try to zoom in again as much as you can, it should fix the problem. Let us know if it helped you. :)
gohyishuen Posted November 15, 2012 Author Report Posted November 15, 2012 I have tried that and it doesnt work :( I tried zooming in and out but nothing has changed :( I tried toogling with the screen resolutions as well but to no avail.
Dream Posted November 16, 2012 Report Posted November 16, 2012 The screen looks alike mine when I zoom out. Are you sure you zoomed in as much as possible? Because I am sure that you are zoomed out to the limit. One hint are the clouds that look so tiny, which happened to me too when I tried to reproduce it. The chats are also smaller than usual, which is due to zooming out. Did you zoom in correctly? If you are sure, reinstall the game and let us know what happens then.
