Where Is The Vote Rewards Npc?

Where is the Vote Rewards NPC? I can only see the Vote Redeemer NPC. In the forsaken city guide it is beside the vote redeemer but in game it is not there.help :((

It's been removed, if you log into the forsaken-ro control panel, theres a item shop on there which you can buy items & redeem them :)

Hi! The guide is actually a little out of date and going to be updated soon... you actually don't need to talk to the Vote Rewards NPC anymore, just use the control panel.
