where is the guy that gives you extra stat points when you're elite? because he isn't at the same spot as before.

You have to do the knight quest now, elite has been removed

Some of the weapon quests are still there, but they're gradually being removed. & Knight quest isn't difficult, there's a guide on the wiki if u need help with it

In order to receive your Elite stats points, you have to talk to Prince Theodore after you reset your stats again. He is located at the Forsaken City Throne building (@go25 upstairs).
