Does The Floating Rate Affects The Drop Rate Of All Items Or Jst The Items Listed When It Appears? O.o

Floating rates are understood as a bonus on several things on the server. To list them up:

1. More EXP from Monsters (From 6000 to 8000)

2. MvP Drop Rate: 20%

3. Treasure Chests +50%

4. Thanatos Card Drop Rate increased from 0.7% to 1.4%

and will last until Sunday at 11:59pm (server time)"

I see.. No wonder i cant collect a certain item like treasure box coz it doesnt affect a normal monster's drop.

The most Items are already 100% droppable from monsters, apart from those which are relevant to custom quests.
