[Solved]Account Recovered, Error When Logging In

I can log in to the control panel, my user name is anjelic all of my characters are there with guild names ect. however the character names appear as null. When I go to log into the server I get to the character selection screen then I get that gravity ™ error handler message. Can you please fix this so that I may continue playing with my account. I have been gone awhile due to illness but was really looking forward to continuing to build my characters =( please help me

What error do you receive? Could you insert a Screenshot of it or describe it?

Try to reset your look and position in the control panel, it might fix your problem. If it doesn't drop a message here and we will see what we can do for you. =]

I reset my position and look and now i can get on my characters but all of their names are still "null" and i am missing quite a few items like upgraded weapons and cards.... and im new at this so i cant figure out how to send you a screen shot showing my characters names as null lol

characters names turn to "null" if they've been inactive for an extensive period of time :P & idk about your items srry

If you are missing any items please file a ticket. Regarding the "null" names it indeed happens after several months of inactivity, though your items will not be effected by that. If you are indeed missing items please file a ticket. I'll be closing this :)
