Yeah, where the heck is Elite Victor when you need him lol He probably went out for a beer with his fellas.

Speak to Prince Theodore III to get your bonus stats back.

If you have no idea where he is, warp to @warp fcity 89, 163 and enter the room.

Just click on him, you will get your 200 bonus stat points again.

Elite quests have been removed and intergrated with Knight quest

to promote a newbie friendly environment. =]
