i dont seem to find any respawn of this monster in any map.. can someone please help? where can i find these monster?

It only drops from War of Emperium's castle boxes

As they said, it drops from castles that guilds conquer during WoE. It is not a mob drop card, it drops from treasure chest that spawns in the master room of conquered castles. Only a guild master is allowed in that room and loot the drops.
