What's the exact name of the item you're searching for? And also, for what quest?

when you finished the knight quest.. the king will tell you to go to the Forsaken knight master(for_king 114 115)

he`l tell you to get some items and one of the requirement is the "1 Book on Legendary Weapons"

where to find that item.? or make a clue or a guide :D
