Decode Posted February 4, 2012 Report Posted February 4, 2012 Well basically it is not spring yet, so it is still winter, and since what it tries to simulate is what is happening in the real world with the climate and since we can't do it like if we had a real forecast, we simulate winter as snow falling. Winter officially ends in the month of march mainly the last week of march if I'm not mistaken, so you could be watching snow falling for a few more days.
